Too much too fast, I can tell you that. You'll lose about 5 lbs in the first two weeks. Then you'll plateau, i.e., you won't lose any more weight because your body will have gone into starvation mode (you should eat at least 1200 a day), get discouraged, and gain it all back again and then some.

Slow and steady wins the race with weight loss. Relax a little bit, and you will have more success.

Sounds like a good plan, just stick to it ;)

And be careful with the calories. You want to stay away from those "empty" calories (ones that just don't add any nutrition value to your diet).

Sounds like you're extremely active. You don't give any stats, weight, height though, so it's hard to say how much you'd lose...but any activity is better than none :)

And any diet low in calories is good, just make sure it's lots of fruits/veggies, sea food, etc. Tuna Sandwiches (with a slice of cheese in between, go for cheddar or swiss) for lunch are GREAT - cause you are getting omega3 from the tuna, calcium from the cheese, and switch to wheat bread, and you got some fiber too :)

My sister in law lost 22 lbs in the last 5 weeks, just from walking on the treadmill on an incline for 3-5 days a week..and that's on a 2000 calorie diet. That's a lot less work than you're doing, BUT the only difference is she's using Organic supplements from a company called Cal Nutrasciences. They guarantee that you get results...90 day money back guarantee. You should check it out, because the stuff works great. www.skinnybelly.net. Watch the video called "More Results"...it explains how the products work. Good stuff. Let me know if this helps.

It is feasible to lose weight fast but you should be realistic and comprehend that if you lose weight quickly then you will almost certainly put it all back on again just as quickly. The one method which definitely delivered for me is green tea, it can be seen in the resource box underneath, they have a handful of free trials in stock, it was featured in Fox News and USA Today. I lost 25 pounds, it definitely does work!
