how effective will this weight loss plan be? (10 points)?

Sounds like a good plan, just stick to it ;)
And be careful with the calories. You want to stay away from those "empty" calories (ones that just don't add any nutrition value to your diet).
Sounds like you're extremely active. You don't give any stats, weight, height though, so it's hard to say how much you'd lose...but any activity is better than none :)
And any diet low in calories is good, just make sure it's lots of fruits/veggies, sea food, etc. Tuna Sandwiches (with a slice of cheese in between, go for cheddar or swiss) for lunch are GREAT - cause you are getting omega3 from the tuna, calcium from the cheese, and switch to wheat bread, and you got some fiber too :)
