at home push ups are the best
if you have access to a gym with machines ask a trainer to show you which are best for you (they also have pics on them to show you what muscle groups they target)
if you're not trying to get bigger muscles (i hate that look) than just don't do your maximum weight - stick with something that gives you resistance but you don't have to stop after 10 or less

Do lots of cardio it burns fat but doesn't make muscle and do push ups they work your chest to make the fat go away and once the fat goes away then u gain muscle so don't worry about getting huge

Unfortunately you can't stop reduce- it just doesn't work! If you work your whole body and work on building overall strength eventually everything will become more toned.
