How Do I Loose 20lbs Weight ?

i t ?am 5'5" and i weight 140lbs. i want to loose 20 pounds quickly. I don't eat a lot, but then again I don't starve myself. I am active...i'll do sit ups...stretching and other excersise i can do at home and sometimes i go to the gym to...buh im still not loosing any weight...can someone please tell me how i can loose 20lbs by the summer without using pills and things like that.

When you are losing weight, you should exercise and diet together.
If you exercise without dieting, you will get bigger appetite, which
will lead to increase of weight, or muscle grow
underneath the fat layer, and make you bulkier. If you diet without
exercising, you will become flabby and will have excess skin. For
diet, go wheat free. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no food
after 7 p.m. People achieve marvellous results with it. Depending on
your initial weight, you can drop upwards from 20 pounds a month. If
you don't eat wheat then you don't eat all those sticky, fatty goey
cakes, you don't eat junk food, and you don't eat biscuits. But your
diet is still balanced. It costs nothing, and you do not have to
calculate points or to buy special meals or plans. For exercising,
start with walking, and then switch to running/jogging. Running is the
most efficient and calorie-burn exercise ever. If you are overweight a
lot, walk first or you may have health complications (heart attack,
disjointed bones and so on). Weight lifting is a good means to target
your problem areas for men and women. It's not necessarily to become a
bodybuilder or even join a gym - a couple of dumbbells will help you
to target your problem areas (stomach, butt, legs, arms, chest).

Cut down to 1500 calories a day and do 30minutes of cardio a day and you should lose 20lb in under 10 weeks quite easily without any ill health effects either.

If you have trouble with snacking then increase meal frequency, having smaller meals more often while maintaining the same calorie intake can cut out on snacking completely.

Your a pretty normal weight using the BMI calculator. Yet it varies from person to person. Im 5'2'' and i weight 170 yet many people dont believe i weigh so much. So if you do want to lose weight than just stop eating junk food and soda and eat low calorie and low carb foods and snacks. Drink lots and lots of water and that will help

eat only sprouts 5 times a day (very less quantity)

and run as much as u can i'll suggest 10 km in a day
