how did i do today ony my diet?

breakfast - one banana and some grapes



lunch- pasta (noodles sauce and chicken) and guacamolie and yogurt



dinner- same pasta as lunch



i also had 5 small chocolates and ice cream,



i also biked for 48 minutes.



but can i also have a bowl of mashed potatos?

definately eat the potatoes!!! dieting isn't about eating LESS its about eating HEALTY and PROPORTIONED meals!!! But your doing good......just get some variety.

there are a lot of carbs in that list. Try your favorite veggie instead of the potatoes and you will be doing great. Like a bowl of carrots or a piece of corn on the cob. Or even a bowl of veggie soup.

Also your lightest meal was breakfast. Which is a mistake. Eat your heaviest meal in the morning so you have time to burn it off. And lightest for dinner :]

But you did well.

replace the chocolate and ice cream with some vegetables. but its not horrible
