If you want to weight train everyday, then you can train each body part once a week. Or you can do splits.
Example:
Day1: Back
Day2: Legs
Day3: Chest
Day4: Biceps
Day5:Abs and shoulders
Day6: Triceps.
Day7: rest
You can do your cardio on any day except for legs and maybe abs. But with weight training if you're trying to build a lot of muscle, then you don't want to do too much cardio anyway, since it eats muscle.
What I do:
Day1: Back and Chest
Day2: Biceps and triceps
Day3: Legs
Day4: Abs and shoulders
Day5: rest
Day6: rest
Day7: rest or start all over again.
I try to do my cardio after I lift except for leg day, but I hate cardio, so I try to get my heart rate up while lifting (shorter rests, supersetting, etc)
Good Luck and I would check out www.bodybuilding.com It's like my bible for weight lifting.
