How can I lose weight straight from home?

I would say Wii Fit. The more I think about losing weight with Wii Fit, the more weight I lose from laughing so hard.

You need exercise. You need to move, but if you HAVE to stay inside, you would have to buy an elliptical machine or play Dance Dance Revolution. I built some pretty good stamina off that game years ago.

You can't lose it fast. Let's start there. If somebody had a safe, fast way to lose weight without any effort, he wouldn't be giving that secret away on Yahoo!, he would be selling it on TV or something.

Simplest way is to stop eating so much and walk around the block. Start where you are, do what you can, get up tomorrow and do it again.You don't want to start some overpowering program that you will quit after three days.

You want weights? A gallon of waiter weighs eight pounds. One in each hand wights sixteen pounds. Do some curls with those.

you can begin by eating more. i know that sounds strange but people who "graze" during the day -meaning eat constantly in small portion- lose and maintain a healthy weight far better than those who do not. eat small snacks during the day (on average 3) and small meals (also 3). then WALK!!! If there is anywhere you can walk, do it! Instead of using the remote control, get up and change the channel. Don't feel like taking that pair of shoes all the way upstairs? Take them. According to esquire magazine 14,000 steps a day is heart healthy. so engage in as much walking as possible and drink much water to stay hydrated. good luck.

Move as much as you can every day. If you have Up-stairs Just prefer to step up and down every day.start with 5 up and 5 down and increase that count by 2 upwards and 2 downwards every day . Don't go for 20(or) 30 in the first day OR Second day Its-self If You do like that definitely you Will get lazy feeling by 4th day. Avoid eating Oil food, Cheese,Butter.Go-ahead Good Luck.
