last year I had lost about sixty pounds and I was at my lightest weight. but when I got to college I gained weight (you know, the "freshman fifteen"). so now I'm used to staying up late at night and sitting around and eating food.
the thing is I really don't know what to do cus my mom removed my gym membership since I went away to college and all I had been doing at school is going to yoga twice a week, but no actual cardio workout. and also I am a vegetarian and I avoid most dairy products. I really don't know what to do. I'd start running again but I don't like running outdoors.
all I have is a jump rope, fitness videos (which I don't like to do because I'd rather do group fitness), ten pound dumbells, and wii fit (wii fit does not give you that great of a workout, so I don't really like it).
so what can I do? I've forgotten how to eat really healthy like I used to. I'm really disappointed in myself with all the weight I've gained.
