How can I lose weight after a c section?

I had a c section 4 months ago and I just got the ok from my doctor to exercise. So I put a plan together but I need more ideas especially to tone up. I am starting tomorrow with my new plan. I will be doing an hour of speed walking in the morning riding a bike for 40 minutes and using a ski machine I'm not sure what its called but it involves your arms and legs for 20 minutes. I also will be doing 40 leg lifts and 40 stretches. I will also be counting calories. So what else can I do to increase weight loss and get my tummy back in shape?

Weight loss was a huge problem for me until I checked out acai berry. I understand they say that pills will not work, however they certainly worked for me, and they've been shown on the Rachael Ray Show too. Targetted weight loss is quite difficult, some peeple would say impossible, but the sole method that really worked for me was green tea, it can be seen in the resource box below, they have a few free trials in stock, it was highlighted in Reader's Digest and USA Today. I lost thrity pounds, it really does produce results!

God, these acai morons really piss me off! So wrong to use this forum to push these products!

Please don't fall for any of the pills or diet drinks! I think your plan is good and I am not sure what you are able to do after a C-section, but I would say my advice would be:

1. Monitor how you feel to avoid jumping in with a lot of energy and getting injured, too sore to continue, or too exhausted.
2. Add a variety of core exercises to build back the inner "corset" that holds everything in. Anything that uses a Swiss ball or BOSU will be helpful. Do exercises slowly and mentally concentrating on proper form and being aware how your muscle is working. Very important, quality before quantity!
3. Gradually add more exercises that use weights or your own body weight to build muscless all over your body
4. Don't count calories, you need to fuel the fire (of your metabolism) with 5-6 or even more small (400-500 calories or less) meals a day
5. Keep a variety going, "sticking" to a routine will make it feel just that - a routine. Do different things on different days, try new exercises, before you know you will look better than before the baby!

First i would reccommend cleansing out your colon. Trust me, you have backed up undigested food in there, that can cause an extra 10 - 15 of pounds. After that, watch what you eat, you should be having 2 to 3 bowel movements a day. This is just to push start your diet if you are changing your eating habits. I did this, and lost about 20 pounds. But was on the potty alot.
Once you change your eating habits to a healthier approach, with regular exercise, the weight will drop off.

Get off your fat lard arse and exercise regularly, eat six small meals of quality (no processed or junk) foods a day, be in slight calorific deficit each day. If you follow this I gaurantee you will lose weight.
