in my opinion (sorry if i offend anyone) taekwando and walks aren't that great for losing weight. i mean im sure they help, but you can do a lot more than that.
jogging is good, but im a believer that you really really have to push yourself to get noticeable results unless you want to spend months working at it. you are just 13, but that also means you recover and heal quicker, you will be more adaptable or, at the very least, in the future you will be more adaptable.
definitely keep up the protein, i never really dieted but i like to eat a lot of fruit, greens once in awhile, and i almost never drink soda and i rarely snack on random junk foods (out of habit, i also don't really watch tv)
get a daily routine. like when you wake up (this really sucks if your not used to it) just drop down and do push ups until your literally about to collapse on your face. after you collapse, do a set of sit-ups immediately and then your done! until before you sleep... then you repeat lol. don't slack on that, it pays off whether or not you lose weight from it.
keep up the taekwando if you enjoy it. but if you want a real workout (you'll hate me and your coach if your coach is legit) join the wrestling team. alternatives/substitutes: MMA, jiu jit-su, boxing, kick-boxing. out of experience, wrestling is the most extreme conditioning you can find for free. wrestlers are notorious for their stamina if you don't believe me. (not that entertainment wrestling like wwe).
in 7th - 10th grade i had an 8-pack because of it, and then i got real lazy but the work i put in way back in the day still stays with me as long as i do the littlest amount of exercise.
