kaccha milk i.e. without bioled use it like clesing with cotton it works .and for wightloss eat in intervals or eat less in one shift try cutting milk at night eat 2 chaappati`s. walk or exercise regularly.it`s tough but if u need it badly it`s a small small price. or if u a millionaire get liposuction and face surgury

durin mornin b4 goin 2 colg or workplace jus clean your face using kachha milk using cotton.. if its not possible take a mixture of besan and curd and use it as a scrubber on yr face.. it does the work of tannin n yr skin will definately glow.. n the best thing is.. its instant..
obviously for a gud skin n good health drink lots of water. u should atleast drink 6 ltr water every day.. if nt possible den atleast 4 ltr per day.. n ya the main thing is don't starve for loosing wieght.. coz its the biggest mistake dat every1 makes.. you can eat as much as u can digest(nt kidin) durin mornin brakefast n try 2 eat less durin dinner but the main thing is eat nutritious food n in gud proportion like the green vegies, fresh pulses or legumes, milk(most imp), n all those healthy stuff.. ban junk food.. work out 4 atleast 1 hr or 45min a day..
eat gud b hapy.. n u'll definately c the change.. hope these tips r goin 2 work 4 u..

De-pigment pack: Juice of 1 lemon, a pinch of turmeric, a grated cucumber, cup finely powdered almond, a grated raw potato. Mix together; apply on the area. Keep on for 30 minutes. Rub gently and rinse.

Mix equal parts of turmeric, olive oil and chickpea flour to make a paste. Apply like a mask and allow to set for 15 minutes. These ingredients will help to make your skin more pale, and aren't quite as harsh on your sensitive skin so they can be used daily if desired.
