effective remedy is ginger, which can be taken in the form of tea or capsule.

ginger is the best that u can use, but it is faster in terms of effect if u use essential oil, that is ginger essential oil, u only have to inhale it, just put a few drops in tissue paper,for example, and inhale it, acts very fast, maybe i cant mention brandnames here but u can send me a message if u are interested,use of ginger is the most common natural remedy for nausea and probably the cheapest
