I'm 18 and upon recently I've put on some weight. I'm by no means over weight, just average but i would like to lose some of that stomach fat... My diet is pretty healthy. I'm a vegetarian but still make sure i get the proper nutrients. Also I don't consume fast food, soda or greasy foods like french fries for a few years now ... Upon recently I've cut out sweets except for once a week.... I'm running out of things to change in my diet! I've tried running and jogging but it doesn't seem to be helping.. any suggestions?
