Hi my name is Angela. I am 12 years old, going on 13 towards the end of May. I have more of a teenage girls' shape, but I'm not quite sure if this is good or not; the last time I went to the the doctor, because I was sick, she weighed me and I weigh 120 lbs. I wear normally a size 5 in jeans (JUNIORS) and in Vigoss brand a size 3. I am in a size B cup (bras) with 34/36 in. around. I guess this is pretty good, considering I went down from a size 11/12 in jeans since this last summer. And my 8 year old little brother is 26 lbs more than me. I don't eat breakfast in the morning because just the thought of eating when I first wake up makes me have to puke almost. At school for lunch, I just bring like 3 very healthy snacks. Granola bar, cheeze itz, snack mix, etc. And a water to drink. I eat a normal dinner, but not overly much. I'm not quite sure if I should cut down eating more, or what?! I do exercise, but I do Ab roller and about 50 crunches each night. When I flex those muscles there pretty tight, but I don't know what or IF there is a problem. Am I a healthy weight for my age? Should I keep on doing what I do to maintain my weight and lifestyle? THANKS!
