HELP! My kitten keeps peeing on EVERYTHING!?

HELP! My kitten keeps peeing on EVERYTHING!?

Well it could be a variety of thing such as did you bring anyone/thing new into the household? Some cats don't take to change well. They make a spray(feliway) that has pheromones to help calm them. Do you change the litter frequently? Some cats like it a little dirty. There could be a number of more thing when you take her to be spayed take with you DVM about other possibilities. I would not recommend by any means spanking your cat.

It can be a UTI or something change that's making your kitten uncomfortable..

MOre than likely she has a urinary infection. Please take her to the vet before assuming this is behavioural, most likely it's medical. If you are thinking to try eliminate behavioural first, by the time you get to the vet she's in far more pain than she already is in, and it could cost you a lot more. Depending on how advanced it is, you could be risking renal problems.
Rather just get her to the vet first.
