Help! My boyfriend says he wants space but i think he wants a break up?

Maybe his feelings for you just changed.
Alot of guys don't like to be tied down to just one girl, he might think that he should be out having more fun and not have to worry about just one girl, or the worries of having a girlfriend.

This is not meant to be mean but I think he is tired of how demanding you are. Mabye try giving him space and if he does want to hang out again try letting him go places by himself so he doesnt get tired of you. If he doesnt ask you to hang out for a while I would assume that he is breaking up with you. Dont give up, just let him breath for a while. And if he doesnt call again its his loss and I have no doubt you will find another guy.

everything was not perfect a month ago. from what he said he just feels smothered.

it will not help if you call or text. you are right, he probably wants to break up.

think about what he has said so if you get back together with him you can change. if you don't ......well do not make the same mistake in another relationship.

My advise to you is to keep your head up high and prove to him that you WERE the one for him.
Smile, be confident. He has moved on, and you should confront him in person to break it off properly, he obviously hasnt had the guts to breaak it off with you yet, although he has hinted to you that its over.

You definately dont need him to ruin your birthday or your feelings anymore. so put on some nice clothes, put on a smile, be brave and confidant and go to wherever he is and tell him nicely and politely that you dont like being messed with, and a simple Goodbye and walk off very confidantly.

i know its hard to do it but u have to give him space but if he doesnt speak to within a couple of weeks he probably has moved a bit and if u think about maybe u need some space to try and worry about other things like school, hang out with some friends make some new ones just take it slowly i know from personal experience it was that way with me and ex bf we recently broke up and he said it was because i didnt give him enough space and i realized i didnt thats why our relationship went bad maybe but give him like at least 2 weeks and if he doesnt come around well maybe he just isnt the one
