ok,

i am 5"9' and weigh 126..

like most guys out there i want to be ripped.

i work out 4 times a week and i work out hard.

i have been getting bigger but...

how do you get to be so perfectly big/ripped?





1. what are the best foods to eat?

2. what are the best thing to eat/drink DURING your work out?

3. what is a site for the best abb work out?

4. what are good nutrition sites?

1. Fruits and vegetables! Make sure you get protein.
2. Water, don't eat while you're working out.
3. No idea on that one.

The best foods to eat- Meat and fish, anything with protein
Best to drink during workout- Water, increases performance, decreases healing time.

1. what are the best foods to eat? - Anything with protein. Fish is amazing when you are on a diet.
2. what are the best thing to eat/drink DURING your work out? - Milk and protein shakes!
3. what is a site for the best abb work out? - Don't use websites, they all lie and are shit. Ask someone at your gym
4. what are good nutrition sites? - Same as above, never use a website or ask around at your gym.

I would preferably eat your wheats they are very good for you. You should drink muscle milk during your work out. Michigan football trainer says chocolate milk because the syrup gives you glucose and milk gives you calcium

a lot of abs workouts online are stupid....but if i had to suggest anything--- http://www.youtube.com/user/scooby1961 hes a very smart guy knows what hes talking about hes over 40 years old and look at him!...hes the guys id see about that stuff... dont work the same muscles two days in a row ...if possible every other day but i know how schedules can be.... do cardio for weight loss....reverse crunches.."renegade rows" and i personally like whey protein but i hear creatine helps alot too

1) drink whey protein w/skim milk before your work out and once at bedtime
2) DO NOT work the same muscle group two days in a row--you will see no results if you don't give the micro-tears you're making in your muscles time to heal. That's what builds up the muscle.
3) Pulse your lifts every so often, like once per set to build up some lactic acid and vary the pace with which you complete each rep
4) don't carb load. You need protein and carbs in a 2/3 or 3/4 ratio, and your carbs need to be complex-nonstarchy vegetables and you need a small amount of fat with each meal--try the Zone website-elite athletes swear by it
5) give your abs a constant work out by keeping them engaged (sucked in and tight) during your entire workout.
6) drink water and lay off the alcohol and soda (regular and diet)

1. Eat healthy but you'll need carbos to get bigger and don't burn ur muscles.

2. energy drinks are good for working out.
