help me with my workout?

1) drink whey protein w/skim milk before your work out and once at bedtime
2) DO NOT work the same muscle group two days in a row--you will see no results if you don't give the micro-tears you're making in your muscles time to heal. That's what builds up the muscle.
3) Pulse your lifts every so often, like once per set to build up some lactic acid and vary the pace with which you complete each rep
4) don't carb load. You need protein and carbs in a 2/3 or 3/4 ratio, and your carbs need to be complex-nonstarchy vegetables and you need a small amount of fat with each meal--try the Zone website-elite athletes swear by it
5) give your abs a constant work out by keeping them engaged (sucked in and tight) during your entire workout.
6) drink water and lay off the alcohol and soda (regular and diet)
