I don't drink anything during a workout. Just after.

At that bodyweight you don't need abs workouts cuz they will show up pretty fast for you. Better focus on serious exercises like squats and deads. Here is a good program:

if you want to reduce weight then believe me you should eat and drink 6-7 tyms a day.....eat only little for example small snacks..something strong for ur body lyk egg and fish... more than u eat u shud drink and that also fresh juicescoz it contains protiens and keeps u strong..u wouldnt need much food if u have few glasses of fresh juice every day...lyk orange juice and banana...best of luck..
drink a lot so that u eat less and eat the whole day in small quantity so that u dont feel hungry after 4-6 hrs and hog a lot
