After being bullimic and obessive with running years ago, I can totally understand where you're coming from

The key to loosing weight and getting your metabolism back on track is to be consistent. Don't skip meals, even just eat something small like a box of raisons if *it's breakfast time*, get something in your belly so it can burn off itself and make sure you're doing high impact cardio, biking, aerobics, swimming, power walking or running and do at least 30 mins a day.

The basics are: eat healthy (veggies, whole grains, fruits, lean protein) and drink plenty of water. Exercise. That's it. Your metabolism will soon recover.

Do NOT go on these starvation diets or fad programs. Most diets these days will actually cause you to gain MORE weight in the long run.

I suggest you use a natural system to help you lose the weight you want. Check out: www.weightlossmiraclesystem.com

I recommend it because it's an all-natural and permanent solution and was rated #1.

You really need to think about food differently. Being healthy will be a big lifestyle change after all those years of yo-yo dieting. The best way I've found to do this is to think positively about my body and the foods I eat (nip that negativity in the bud!) and to exercise regularly (but not obsessively!). This takes time and it's not easy at first, so don't give up. You can lose the weight for good and not have to diet for the rest of your life, but please be patient.

If you can, go see a nutritionist or a dietitian for professional help. I couldn't afford one when I lost my weight, but I've heard that they really do help with weight loss.
