Has anyone else noticed this? And is it really a legitimate answer?

Has anyone else noticed this? And is it really a legitimate answer?

Today I have noticed a lot of very long answers involving gluten allergies in mental health. They sound very knowledgeable but then I feel as if a commercial has been played.

Can I believe this? One of the gluten people answered me! Isn't that hilarious?

odds are it is just one of the many spammers on here. is every answer cut and paste and its all from the same person? if so, yeah, its spam, and probably from some website full of viruses. those are the kinds of answers you report so they go away.

stupid spammers, they are all over yahoo lately and its really irritating

Delayed hypersensitivity reactions to gluten often present with behavioral problems, mental "fogginess," hyperactivity, and even depression. So, removing gluten (or other food sensitivities) from the diet can sometimes have a profound impact on "mental health" issues.

Typically, you hear about the "gluten connection" with ADD/ADHD and autism spectrum disorders. It's not a 100% association,by far. And not all mental health issues have any relation to dietary sensitivities whatsoever.

Seriously? That was a "long" answer; you felt it was a commercial... and somehow I'm now "one of the gluten people?"

*laughing* wow.

Beats me... I know very little about "gluten allergies"- probably because I watch very FEW Commercials if I can help it! :) Where Ones "mental health" is concerned- I don't Question that much of what we put in Our mouths- can influence Our Psychological & Physiological behaviors... But by WHAT & to What extent- I can only Imagine, & that it probably depends on the "makeup" of the Individual...
