Hard boiled eggs and Cottage cheese. - a healthy diet?

I am cutting out all junk food from my diet, drinking only water or soy milk and for the next 7 days i plan to eat hard boiled eggs and c.cheese. Do you think this will result in a weight loss?

~ i also walk/jog and do crunches when i can. on average i probably work out 3-4 times a week.

~ is this a safe and weight loss effective diet for a week or two?

Weight loss was a huge problem for me until I used acai berry. I know they say that pills don't work, however they definitely worked for me, and they have been shown on the Rachael Ray Show too. No...where are your fruit and veg?

To make a diet successful, you need foods from all food groups. With eating hard boiled eggs and cottage cheese, your body will go into starvation mode and store it all as fat. Including the soy milk.

Hardboiled eggs cottage cheese are good SNACKS for dieting. Eat whole grains, fruits, and veggies, and other foods that contain protein.

I like the no junk food and drinking only water and low fat milk plan, also the exercise plan. But I think in a day you should eat carrots, green beans, corn, chicken (that's one of the leanest meats) and apples. I think just eggs and cheese would be disgusting and most likely it wouldn't work.
