I am cutting out all junk food from my diet, drinking only water or soy milk and for the next 7 days i plan to eat hard boiled eggs and c.cheese. Do you think this will result in a weight loss?
~ i also walk/jog and do crunches when i can. on average i probably work out 3-4 times a week.
~ is this a safe and weight loss effective diet for a week or two?
