The pattern for losing weight is easy - consume less food and move more often - the problems appear when we really try to put that into practice! There are loads of stumbling blocks out there don't you think?! The only thing which definitely worked for me was green tea, it can be seen in the resource box below, they have a few free trials in stock, it has been highlighted in Reader's Digest and USA Today. I worked off 20 pounds, it definitely does produce success!

Weight loss became a huge problem for me until I tried acai berry. I know they say that pills don't work, nevertheless they certainly worked for me, and they have been showcased on CNN too. There are no good weight loss supplements. Try water, fruits, vegetables, lean protein, low fat dairy and whole grains, and daily exercise. it is safe to lose 5-10 pounds in a month. Check with your doctor to find out what a safe, healthy weight would be for you, and what resources are in your area to learn more about nutrition and fitness.

Hello, Kathy. I would like to give you a warning about weight loss supplements, because you need to understand the following before purchasing and using them. The whole weight loss supplement industry benefits from their product hardly working - enough to see very small results, but not enough to solve your problems. Why? Because if they solved your problem, you wouldn't keep re-purchasing their product, now would you? These supplements are usually so ineffective that you would have been better off at a cost to time spent ratio to just do a little exercise.
If you would like an alternative for weight loss, I'd like to recommend some reading on a diet called calorie shifting. I have heard good things about it, but I'll drop a link below and let you decide for yourself. I hope that whichever path you end up taking that you do lose your unwanted weight, you will surely be a much happier person in the end for it.
