girls : AWFUL pain - can someone tell me what it is?

Postby Lana234 on Sat Oct 24, 2009 10:59 am

its in my stomach, but normally theres a specific part, whereas this time it just feels like a regular stomach ache but much much more painful. ive just woke up half an hour ago because i couldnt sleep, and the pain is still there.

it makes me feel hungry so since yesterday afternoon when the pain started i have ate chicken fajitas, fruit salad, pasta salad- this morning yoghurt, cereal, and loads of fruit. the only drinks i have had is water and fresh orange. could it be something to do with any of those foods? eventhough i have them all quite regularly. and now i feel like im eating too much now?

im "on" so if it was cramps then thats understandable but its just a different pain. it kind of makes me feel like im starving, going to be sick or need the toilet :|

is there anything i can eat/drink/do to make the pain go away?

note: ive already had paracetamol and ibuprofen... i have no idea if that would even help.

aaaaaaaaah it hurts - any suggestions please?!?

Monkey:

you said stomach ulcers might be it, and im actually not sure if youre right because i do have a lot of acidic fruits and drinks. If it is that, ive just looked up how to get the pain to go away so ive just drank loads of milk. other ways to get rid of stomach ulcer pains is just to rest and sleep. i dont think it is stomach ulcers but im just drinking milk incase - thanks for the suggestion!

And to everybody else:

it seems like most of you have had it for a long period of time, some for days and some for months. i really hope it doesnt last that long because its unbearable!

Please keep posting suggestions!!

That was meant to be to KittyKat ^

(not Monkey) sorry :)

I get that aswell...and I know it isn't period pains because I have had to put up with this for 2 months non-stop now. It hurts so much and I often go to the toilet just to relieve a bit of pain. I have no idea what it is, but I would like to know!

I get those pains when I'm really hungry. Usually it goes away when I eat candy, But u could have anemia or you could have ulcers. U should go to the doctor!

I have exactly the same right now. Had it for around 3 days. The pain comes and goes and I know its not period pain as its completely different. It feels like i'm really hungry accompanied by sharp stomach pains, usually going to the toilet to pass urine helps but it often returns later on. Thursday was the worst day when I physically couldn't walk because I was in so much pain. I really hope somebody can give a good answer to this.

i've had that too - and i personally think it's something to do with the colon running so close to the reproductive bits and pieces. Almost like a cramps domino effect. Does that make sense??

that's only my opinion though!
