You need to be eating enough calories to supply your body with what it needs so that its does not turn and eat the muscle . Try taking like a protein shake or something like that since you are a vegetarian. Also workout 3-5 days per week for about 30-45 minutes per day . preferably running or swimming and do alot of crunches and leg lifts.

Drinking nettle tea can help if you have water retention.
Also, avoid excessive amounts of wheat or sugar, and take something like senokot dual relief. That should help bloating.
The Flat Belly Diet says that for a flat belly you should eat foods with good fats, such as avocado, flaxseed oil, unsalted nuts, dark chocolate etc
The site is: http://flatbellydiet.prevention.com/default.asp?keycode=0A1230&sname=DefaultOffer&mktSSOfferId=PVN17769&mktBKOfferId=PVN22742
Exercise often, try 3 - 4 times a week.
Also, I eat 3 meals a day with a snack between breakfast and lunch, but i've also heard it can help to eat 5 small meals.
Hope I helped =]

You're eating too many high-glycemic carbohydrates, too little protein and too little fat. Just like most people.

Flat Belly Diet? Please help me!?

Oh don't worry, that's very normal. When I gained the weight back after having an eating disorder I got a stomach too. It's just something that happens probably because we have been starving our bodies. Our bodies take a while until they are used to our new (the good one) diet. By than it should all even out. It might take a long time(up to a yr) for it to get back to normal but it won't stay like that forever.

Also, if your that worried try toning. Gaining muscles burns some of that fat area. It should help. It won't make you lose weight(gaining muscle means gaining weight), but it will help you get a toned stomach area.
