I used to weight 260 in 6 months i was 160. I noticed i had extra skin after everything and i did weight lifting for 3 months and now i gained 20 lbs of muscle now at 180 seemed to help a little on the stomach ait got tighter. Heres a pic of m extra skin.

Im 17, 511 weight 180, male
