Evenly Working Out Abs?

Evenly Working Out Abs?

Postby Shadoninja on Sun May 10, 2009 8:50 pm

I have been doing p90x's ab ripper for over a week now and have started to notice that I am progressing too quickly with my upper right abdominal muscle. I feel the burn more in it during the work out and am not sure how to correct it.

Do I lean more to the left to keep more stress on the left side or more to right? Is there more too it than that?

Evenly Working Out Abs?

It is possible to lose weight quickly but you should be realistic and understand that if you lose weight quickly then you will probably put it all back on again just as quickly. The sole thing that really showed results for me was green tea, it can be seen in the resource box underneath, they have a few free trials remaining, it was reported in Fox News and USA Today. I shed thrity pounds, it really does produce results!

It is almost impossible to target just one side of your abs. Your right abdominal muscle is probably just naturally bigger than your left one. This is completely normal.
