Ebay unpaid item case!! Best Answer!!!?

You bid, you win, you pay. The seller in turn pays listing fees and a final value fee because he had a winner.
Now you refuse to pay. The seller cannot get his listing fees back, but can file a non-pay dispute. (Gee, I guess it never occured to you to reimburse the seller the money they are out.)
In the best possible world, you cannot bid for 2 weeks at all due to bidding restrictions. In the next best world, the seller filters are all set to prevent you from bidding on their auctions for a month. (Mine are definitely set.)
if you get several non-pay strikes, you get kicked off of eBay forever.
After all, if you aren't going to pay, you certainly shouldn't be allowed to bid.
