Does weighing yourself every day help with weight loss?

Postby MizLamb270084 on Fri May 08, 2009 12:29 am

Absolutely NOT! I gain and lose daily. Mornings I weigh less due to the fact that I haven't eaten in about 8 or 10 hours. Afternoons I weigh about 5 pounds more than that morning.

Put the scales in the closet back in the back corner and cover them up with shoe boxes. Only pull them out on one day of the week for weigh in.

Judge your loss by your waist band! When you can literally walk out of your clothes, you have lost weight.
