does this sounds like enough to gain weight? (TEN PTS!)?

hi, i'm a fourteen year old girl. i'm 5'7" and 95 pounds. i'm recovering from an ED. i already went to the doctor, but i'm wondering if you think this is enough food to start gain weight?



- breakfast:

packet of oatmeal (130 cals)

1/2 cup of milk (60 cals)

few strawberries (10 cals)

sliced banana (100 cals)



- snack: ensure plus nutrition drink (350 cals)



- lunch:

2 slices of whole wheat bread (140 cals)

2 tblsp of peanut butter (190 cals)

1/2 a banana (50 cals)



- snack: ensure plus (350 cals)

apple (50 cals)



- dinner:

hotdog (140 cals?)

baked beans (idk?)

salad with italian dressing (about 100 cals)

1/2 cup of vanilla icecream (150 ish cals)



- snack: ensure plus (350)

lunabar nutrition bar (180 cals)



how's this sound? any suggestions of healthy foods i could eat to gain weight quickly? thanks ! (:

ohh, and can someone please tell me how many calories in baked beans?

actually, i do normally eat grilled chicken, but i went to a cookout with my family for dinner, so i had the hotdog.

if you want to gain weight quickly then you shouldn't eat healthy foods.

if you wanna get fatter then just don't think about what you're eating or count the calories just eat eat eat!!

If you're recovering from a eating disorder, you don't want to gain weight quickly. Rapid weight gain is likely to shock you and cause a relapse. This sounds like a reasonable diet, that should put weight on you at a reasonable rate. Be sure to maintain an exercise program that will help you build muscle, since given your height and weight, I'm sure you need to gain muscle mass. It's a starting point. If you are hungry, add to it.

Peanut butter is a wonderful source of healthy fats, carbs and protein. So are nuts, for that matter. Try to think of more protein rich options than (for example) hot dogs. Chicken breasts, fish, and lean cuts of beef are rich in protein, and are generally more filling than hot dogs (IMHO). Start with what you're comfortable with, then branch out.
