Does this sound healthy to eat on a diet?

Does this sound healthy to eat on a diet?

Ok so I want to lose some weight, I would only drink water and work out an hour a day.

Breakfast: Special K with a yogurt and a piece of fruit.

Lunch: Turkey sandwich on wheat bread with mustard and an 100 calorie pack.

Dinner: chicken with vegetables and salad, lean cuisines, etc.

snacks: Fruit, granola bars, almonds, etc.

Will this work?

thanks =]

Oh and I will give myself a "cheat" meal once a week, something like a piece of pizza or a kids meal, etc.

Oh! A perfect method to eat on a diet.
But do not give your self a "cheat" meal once a week, you can give your self a "cheat" meal twice a weak.

I think that you are worrying FAR too much.
come to think about it, i should probably take a hint from you - you're diet's really good.
you're getting the nutrients you need, and yeaaa... you're on a roll :)

it won't hurt to squeeze in a bit of excercise along with it.

that all sounds great.....remember for every 3,500 calories you burn that's one pound of fat. make sure you also add resistance work- out in your daily exercises. i hope this helped.

First off... forget the word CALORIE. This will just lead to frustration down the road when you get fed up counting calories. This is the reason a lot of people stop dieting.

What you have outlined seems reasonable. Just make sure you eat 5 small meals throughout the day. This will keep your metabolism high

It sounds pretty good to me:). I'm also on one of these. But I use this 35 calorie bread stuff. It tastes the same to me. Just a few less calories. If you want it to work all that much better, try working out from about 20 minutes to an hour 3 days a week. If you want, you can start off slowly and then increse time. Try not to over-do it. You can't do it all in one day:D!

Your plan is great!

Be careful with the salad dressings you put on your salad though. Either don't use as much of it, or buy lighter, lower fat dressings.
