does taking laxatives make you bloat?

ive been taking them regular now to loss weight and they days that i do i feel bloated and gross but after wards feel fine is this normal and if it is is there a certain type that doesn't make me feel this way?

laxatives are supposed to make you go to the bathroom a lot so it gets all of the water weight out of you but it's not good for weight loss because once you get off of them your just gonna gain it all back.
