does anyone else love the show flipping out?

i love that show!

HAHAAH chad looks like a skater punk. hes a real estate agent though. haha. last season i cracked up when he put all his stuff in plastic baggys. even his hairydryer hahaha. and yeah josh is pretty cool. i like his personality

Jeff Lewis cracks me up.
He has such a dry sarcastic wit and is such a perfectionist.
I have loved that show since it began.
I also like the other show that just came back, Million Dollar Listing.
I want to cut Chad's hair off. He actually thinks that haircut makes him look good. LOL

My favorite character (well, real person) on that show is Josh. Funny, he is the ONLY one this season so far to SELL anything! It keeps showing Chad (who hates Josh) talking about who is going to be the best in town etc..and he hasn't sold squat...in fact, his clients had to be talked into extending their contract. DUH! He was so wrapped up in his stupid 2k catered open house. Who cares! I would rather my house be sold!

I do the same thing as Jeff Lewis, but in Boston.

The only thing good I can say is that he is no where near as bad as that Ricardo Montalban (or whatever his name is) in San Antonio on the other show.

I am certain there are contractors in LA with 20-30+ years experience who would show up when their supposed to, can read a set of plans, and won't take a dump in his back yard.

Obviously Jeff's reason for not using them is that he probably wouldn't be able to chew that Pollo Loco with a broken jaw.
