Weight loss became a nightmare for me until I checked out acai berry. I understand they say that pills do not work, however they certainly worked for me, and they have been showcased on CNN too. diet and exercise program, eating healthier will shed the lbs, light work outs will keep you healthy, my wife and I are in our 40's and probably in better shape than most 20 year olds, just keep motivated and you will do alright.
running and swimming are some of the best exercises you can do, they will tighten your legs and buns, do some crunches for the tummy
