Do weight loss pills really work?

I've looked into a couple different supplements, Avesil and Lipovox. They seem pretty legit but can someone that has taken something like that please let me know their experience. Also if you could share some info on pricing and stuff like that.

they dont work. use your head. do you really think a pill can make you look like a super model? it will make you lose all your water weight, not fat.

Most of them say with proper exercise and diet. If you exercise and diet properly, of course you're going to lose weight.

NO!!! They are dangerous to your body. A proper diet and exercise is your only solution. Change your way of thinking and your life choices and you will change your body.

Have you checked out the Resveratrol Capsules - They were featured on Oprah and 60 Minutes. Says it increases metabolism and has green-tea extract to detoxify. - If you do exercise with it, it should work pretty well. Check out more about it at http://www.factsresveratrol.com

I weighed 170lb. and I started taking Lipozene and done instructions on bottle, and started working out and dieting. I lost 30lb. in 3 months. It really does work. It don't cost as much as others. You can get two bottles at walmart for $20.
