If you eat healthy and exercise all the time the pills should work.

i know about the losing weight thing!! its freakin hard. ive been taking a vitamin that seems to help. one a day all day energy. you can get it at walmart or walgreens and places like that. it was like 10 bux a bottle too which is cheap. it has all the vitamins you need plus a little kick to give you energy. take it early when you first wake up. great energy booster!! and when you have energy, you move more.. that will help in losing weight. drink more sugar free drinks and water.. exercise more. even if that means mowing the lawn with a push mower. that will get you going.

Do weight loss pills really work?

Yes and No.
Short term: yes, because they suppress appetite, increase metabolism and heart rate. Not the safest way to go about it. Also, usually the weight returns after you stop taking them
A lifestyle change of eating and exercising is the only effective long term way to be healthy. Will take longer but you've heard the old saying:give a man a fish you have fed him for today; teach a man how to fish you have fed him for a lifetime
