Difference between a 10k and an 11k?

Is there any difference between these two forms? Also, what's the difference then?

I'm looking at a company and I can't find their 10k, but they have an 11k.

Never mind I found the 10k. I'm still curious as to what an 11k is though.

An 11K is Annual reports of employee stock purchase, savings and similar plans pursuant to Section 15(d)
