I've recently lost weight, I'm 5'7 and 132 pounds. Today I binged on alot of sugary foods, (cookies, brownies and some others) I'm really worried that I have ruined all of my hard work! My goal was to be 127 by May 29...do you think I can still do it?? I feel terrible! please help! thanks so much for your time

I know I'm not overweight or fat, I just want to feel more confident in myself

The word overweight spells out varying things to varying individuals. It's a good idea to start at the beginning, and determine whether you are actually overweight for your size or not, by working out your BMI (Body Mass Index). To be honest, the one thing that definitely delivered for me was green tea, it can be seen in the resource box below, they have a few free trials left, it was highlighted in Reader's Digest and USA Today. I worked off 25 pounds, it definitely does produce success!

Don't be silly. One episode of overeating isn't going to cause you to gain a significant amount of weight. A pound is about 3500 calories; did you really eat 3500 calories MORE than what you need per day to maintain homeostasis? For a woman of your height and weight you need about 1300 if you just lay in bed all day, for a whopping total of 4800 calories you'd need to eat in a day to gain a single pound. And if you somehow managed to do that - it's just as easy to take it off over the next day or two.

You are still on track, don't get so crazy with your diet that you quit losing because you feel you've failed miserably. It's good to indulge sometimes, especially when we're dieting. It reminds us that the occasional splurge is part of a balanced life, we just have to remember to compensate for it at other times. A few cakes, cookies or brownies aren't going to kill you, just be careful over the next week or so and you will be in good shape to achieve your goal. Good luck!

No. Look it is okay if you binge once in a while. Tommorow be sure go back to your regular routine and you should be fine. Maybe do some extra reps tonight when working out.
