if i play dance dance revolution every day at a jogging pace (standard/difficult to heavy/extreme] for five miles every day to every other day, about how long would it take me to lose 50 pounds do you think?





also, does ddr count as cardio since theres so much jkumping and twisting and stuff?





one more thing: dont give me weight loss tips like drink water' and lifestyle change i know all that, and its not relevant to his question.
