i started lifting weights and i started seeing major results. i am not too fat but i'm still a little chubby. someone told me that i have to remove fat from my body then i can start body building if i want to see the profile. should i do what he told me or can i loose the weight later? when i lift weights i get much stronger since i'm big.
he also told me that after dieting and exercise i am allowed gain weight when i start building muscle.
