can someone help me with my weight loss problem please?

well i'm a 6'0 female and i've always been on the thicker side. i think it's just my build and i've never been below a size 14. however, i do want to lose weight on my lower stomach. so is running really the best form of exercise? please help. : )

The three tricks to staying thin are; Eat when your hungry, stop when your full, and eat a variety of foods. To work on your lower abs, try doing sit ups with your legs in the air (90 degree angle). do about 130 sets a week, with about 3 hours of any type of cardio work out. For me, jump roping is the best cardio.

The key for losing weight is easy - consume less and exercise more often - the issues surface when we actually try to put that into practice! Weight loss became a permanent drag for me until I used acai berry. I understand they say that pills don't work, nevertheless they definitely worked for me, and they have been shown on the Rachael Ray Show too.
