Can someone give me advise for a crash diet, well semi crash?

Postby TaneshaB on Sun Apr 19, 2009 11:32 pm

From last September till now I've noticed my eating has gotten completely out of hand. I need to drop 80+ pds by christmas! Whats a good diet plan. I can't afford to join a gym so usually i just go to the track and walk a mile or so. I work full time and go to school full time, so i have a terrible habit of going to fast food. I've stopped drinking soda and drink a litter of water or more a day. I heard drinking lots of water helps you to loss weight fast plus improves your skin! I need to be told exactly what and how much to eat. also, would diet or vitamin pills work?

It is feasible to lose weight rapidly but you should be realistic and comprehend that if you lose weight rapidly then you will inevitably put it all back on again just as rapidly. The one method which clearly worked for me was green tea, it can be seen in the resource box underneath, they have a small number of free trials remaining, it has been highlighted in Fox News and USA Today. I melted away twenty pounds, it clearly does produce results!

Weight loss became a nightmare for me until I checked out acai berry. I understand they say that pills do not work, but they definitely worked for me, and they have been shown on the Rachael Ray Show too. There's a free trial going on currently at http://nivakusn.haliq.com, try it , what is the worst that could happen?

go wheat free. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no food
after 7 p.m. People achieve marvellous results with it. Depending on
your initial weight, you can drop upwards from 20 pounds a month. If
you don't eat wheat then you don't eat all those sticky, fatty goey
cakes, you don't eat junk food, and you don't eat biscuits. But your
diet is still balanced. It costs nothing, and you do not have to
calculate points or to buy special meals or plans.

Dont! I suggest you learn how to listen to your body. The eating spell was for a reason. Malnutrition? lack of a vit or mineral?
Maybe take on some MA they teach you to move your body slow enough to listen to it.

Well, crash dieting wont help. In fact, all these low carb and calorie diets will make you gain back the weight you lost plus more. I do calorie shifting. It is healthy and you keep your needful nutrients. Take out all the junk food. No fast food. I too am a full time student and work two jobs. If you must get fast food, get a salad. No fatty dressings like Ranch or sour cream. Don't get anything with a shell. The shell is deep fried. Some places even put the amount of calories right on their food like subway and quiznos. Drink as much water as you can but ONLY when you are thirsty, otherwise you will flush out your bodies good nutrients. You can look anywhere for calorie shifting online. It is good because you will not starve yourself. If you want to take a supplement, I take Acai Berry Edge, buy off ebay, NOT the website otherwise you will have major problems with credit fraud. Plus ebay it is cheap. If you want a vitamin, I take womens way diet, because it will give your body the nutrients it needs. I have also heard centrum is a good vitamin too. If you are not sensitive to caffeine than hydroxycut will work, but in order for it to work you need to diet correctly, otherwise you can gain the weight back. But my diet is mainly calorie shifting and acai berry edge and water. Eat good foods too. Good Luck! I exercise too but I know how it feels to have no time for it.
