biceps paining after arms workout...is it muscle tear injury?

During exercise it is normal to feel pain in the muscles used; in areas of the muscle where it is difficult to get a good Oxygen supply from the blood flow, lactic acid is used as an alternative supply causing the burning pain (this happens during cardiovascular exercise). During weightlifting exercises, too much blood fills up the muscles depending on the weight used, this causes the muscle to tear slightly, to help heal the muscle the body produces more muscle to go over the tear and fix it, a side effect of this healing process also being the build up of muscle. Basically, it's just a sign of the muscle increasing in size (to a small extent).
And to the answer below, yes you can build muscle...You aren't born with huge muscles.... it does raise the question of where big muscles come from if not generated by the body...maybe everyone in the world's had secret plastic surgery? I THINK NOT! And please don't take any aspirin, you are always going to be in pain if you do an exercise correctly...don't develop an addiction for that cause.
