Bank of America will they freeze your bank account if you are not paying for the BA credit cards I have?

I just cant buy my credit cards right now i lost my job.



Can they freeze the remaining money I have in my checking account or savings?



Or take it to pay for the credit cards?

you might want to write a letter to the customer service
addres on your bills and tell them your prioblem if you tell
them a lot of time the creditor will work with you do solve your problem
they might wave the intest rate they might let you make small payments
(you will find the correct addess on the bill where
it says send corrspondence here -dont send to the same address as
where you send payments
and dont ingore the problem if you they could take you to small
clams court and if you dont show up then they get a judgement against
you and then they can garish your bank account

Tricky situation....there might be some fine print in the contract allowing them to take money out of your checking account if you're past due on one of their cards. To be 100% safe...pull your money out and open up a new account at bank other than BOA

Being in the same situation with BofA last year, I suggest that you go to the bank and take all the money out because they will go into your accounts and they will take it. Do that the first thing in the morning. We had lost our jobs and could not make the payments. We asked if they would take small payment and said no. My husband gets a disability check. They went in and took it all. That left us with no money and that meant my husband could not get his medication which he needs to take or it could be life threatening. They did not care. Get away from BoA as fast as you can.
