anyone go from uk size 16 to a 12 in 2 or 3 months?

I got from size 24 to 12 in 9 months. Tips:
1. Preferably no meat, but if you need it, follow the rations before sweetener instead of sugar, lots of water, no fats from animals.
2. Eat often, but each portion should be 1/5 of what you were eating so far.
3. Last meal - 6pm latest 7pm. Afterwards - just drinks.
4. Gym or home excercises. This is necessary when you are loosing weight fast, otherwise your skin will just hang and you will hate yourself.
5. Walk a lot, bike instead of the car, stairs not elevator, no alcohol (calories from it are not burned)
6. Try to steam or boil whatever possible, avoiding frying and even a grill.
It's just a few months and you will really thank yourself for effects achieved. But remember, afterwards, if you are going to stop the gym and excercises, you need to watch it. Your body learnt that the calories are burned following your active lifestyle. Change of that will require a change with your diet, so before you stop the gym - consult any dietician and find out how you should eat and when. Also remember, that girls and women are different. I don't know how old you are, but don't expect a perfectly flat tummy if you are mature from the start. It might happen if you carry on excercising. And will stay this way if you won't stop. Beauty is great, but it's a lot of work. Not only to achieve, but to maintain it as well.
