i am NOT on a diet, and I am NOT starving myself. I am on a healthy balanced diet + smaller portions, and i am doing about 4 hours of daily activity
every day activity that i have always done and HAVE TO DO;
Walking the dog - 60 mins
Walking dog - 30 mins
Walking to work - 30 mins
Walking from work , uphill 30mins
and i have added some cardio exercises
1hr jog
General aerobics and some tone work - 30 mins
in 2 DAYS I have already lost 1.5lbs.
but I know that an healthy weight loss is 1-2 lbs a WEEK. so if i loose 1.5lb every 2 days, that is 5.25lbs in one week
