I am a 25 year old male, who is 5'10 140-145 lbs, I use to be 200, most guys I know are like 130 and are my height, and it makes me feel fat sometimes. I simply can't lose anymore weight, and my mom thinks that I am too thin and people r like worried that I'll just simply die if I just eat like salad and stuff. Sometimes I feel that I am slightly overweight even though I've been told that I am thin.
What should I be for my height? For weight loss I mean, I am not aiming for a 6 pack, I just want to be thinner, that's all. Sometimes I am kinda embarassed, that I still have 'baby' fat.
oh and if it helps i have an obsession with my weight.
