I've lost about 30 lbs. in the past 5 months, which I am very proud of. I have been feeling extremely tired and worn out over the past 1-2 months. I am stressed, but nothing more than the usual stress I'm under. Someone told me today that when you lose fat, all the toxins stored in fat are circulating around your body, which might be making me feel awful. Is this true? Will going on a detox for a few days help me feel better? What helps? Any experience with this?
