Acne problems. Please Help.?

I have bad acne on my temples and forehead and it wont go away. I also have blackheads on my forehead and nose. My acne is also spreading to my cheekbone area. My acne breaks out about 2-3 times a week and then stays there for a couple days. Is there a way to get rid of it for good with easy things I could do?

Acne is a pain for sure but I found that if I wash my face when i take a shower in the morning and then also before i go to bed it helps a ton. Everyone likes pro active and it does work well. Another one that is much cheaper that u can buy in the stores that works for me is Clearasil face wash. Also costco has their own brand of pro active that works really well.

Other than that some people break out with lots of stress, keep ur stress down and also chocolate can also cause it.

I've been in that situation and there is really nothing you can do about it. There are things you can do to try to reduce the blemishes and get rid of acne temporarily but you will always be finding yourself cleaning your face or your body depending on where it's at.

I mean of course your acne should go away eventually but for some this is the case their whole life.
