A friend at work has not invited me to his stag party but invited several of my friends, do i tackle him?

We've been good friends since i started working there but things have been quiet of late - now i find out he has invited mutual friends to his stag do and i didn't even know he was having a party. I have no idea why he would leave me out and feel quite hurt as a result. I'm not the sort of person to go in all guns blazing - but feel that i need to register my disquiet with him. Has anyone been in this situation before, or have any suggestions on how to tackle him?

just be blunt and ask him
Hey, man, why am I not invited ?
if he's that good of a friend he won't be mad and will tell you

I would take the hint. The fact that he did not invite you means that he does not want you to be included. Even though you may feel that he is a good friend he may think otherwise. Try to find another friend who would reciprocate the feeling.

Might be he hate u..act as if u dint bother him at all...this might show him his position......

Since you have mutual friends, ask one of these guys to ask the host "did you forget to ask Bruce to the party? or did you not want him to be there?" If he says he doesn't want you there, then you are no longer friends :-( some friendships don't last forever.

maybe theres a reason. but its not your place to ask...if he didnt he didnt ...live with it

That is a tough one. Best bet is to ask, I had a similar situation happen to me about 3 years ago. You can pick who to ask in several ways. Ask someone else who was invited, just bring it up casually and find out details. You can also ask the friend by asking something like "Got anything fun planned for the weekend?" and see where it leads. You can also go out to lunch / drinks with him and if he declines you can also get your answer that way. If he declines lunch / drinks that can also be a sign.
