*600 calories a day & exercise?!?

i am a 16 year old 5 foot 2 girl who weighs 120 lbs. id like to lose 15-20 lbs ASAP. i plan to eat ..

a whips yogurt in morning (140 cal.)

power bar before softball (240 cal.)

tuna fish and mayo (140 cal.)

water (0 cal.)

Venom energy drink (100 cal.)

...total of about 600 calories per day.

in addition to this diet i will be doing the elliptical for 30 minutes each night and then 100 crunches before i go to bed.

doing this how much weight can i lose in 2 weeks? also will the weight loss show ?

& dont answer with telling me its bad for me or ill gain it back. only helpful info please.thankyou!

Eating less than 1200 calories a day is unhealthy. Your body will go into starvation mode and you'll just end up gaining weight. You do NOT have to lose any weight. Your ideal weight is like 101 to 136 lbs, just like me.

That's terribly unhealthy, especially considering that you are exercising. If you lose weight this way, you will gain it all back when you start to eat normally again. I recommend talking to a professional to figure out a weight loss plan.
