a whips yogurt in morning (140 cal.)
power bar before softball (240 cal.)
tuna fish and mayo (140 cal.)
water (0 cal.)
Venom energy drink (100 cal.)
...total of about 600 calories per day.
in addition to this diet i will be doing the elliptical for 30 minutes each night and then 100 crunches before i go to bed.
doing this how much weight can i lose in 2 weeks? also will the weight loss show ?
