14 year old girl? want flat stomach?

im 14 year old girl and want a flat stomach or atleast more toned that now.

around 5 feet 1 inch-ish and 105 lbs

please give me exercises (i have tried sit-ups and try to run as much as possible but its hard because of homework and a buys shedual and all)

i also try to keep track of a healthy diet but it is hard obviously because my parents buy the food and everything and i dont like fish but i like snacks and i dont know how to cut back on them

but please give me some hints/exercises/quick ways to get a flat tummy?????

Please!! its almost summer and i want 2 be confident and not as unconfident and unsure of myself. i have alot of self convidence but my stomach, not at all... all my friends are fit and look amazing and im not trying 2 compare myself to them but i want to be like them but i jus want 2 feel good about myself

Sit ups won't do much of anything for you as far as losing the fat

It's completely down to diet and cardio to lose the fat.

Exercise: swimming, biking, hiking, treadmill, stairmaster, elliptical

Diet is just will power, you have to make yourself not eat bad things, after a while it gets really easy to pass things up

As for what to try to eat, lean proteins, complex carbs, and healthy fats. Also, try to eat multiple times a day six to eight meals.

cut down on junk! theer are no easy ways to do this. try to completely get rid of high sugar and fat foods. whenever you feel like snaking, eat an apple. it will get rid of your craving and after a while you wont want to snack. if you still feel hungry have a glass of water. dont snack on junk food, just eat an apple.
