im 14 year old girl and want a flat stomach or atleast more toned that now.
around 5 feet 1 inch-ish and 105 lbs
please give me exercises (i have tried sit-ups and try to run as much as possible but its hard because of homework and a buys shedual and all)
i also try to keep track of a healthy diet but it is hard obviously because my parents buy the food and everything and i dont like fish but i like snacks and i dont know how to cut back on them
but please give me some hints/exercises/quick ways to get a flat tummy?????
Please!! its almost summer and i want 2 be confident and not as unconfident and unsure of myself. i have alot of self convidence but my stomach, not at all... all my friends are fit and look amazing and im not trying 2 compare myself to them but i want to be like them but i jus want 2 feel good about myself
